Wheat dosa

Ingredient
  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Onion - 1 medium
  3. Green chilli - 1
  4. Grated coconut (optional) - 1/4 cup 
  5. Water - 2 cups
  6. Salt - 1 tsp (to taste)


Procedure
  1. Mix wheat, salt and water into a smooth batter
  2. Cut onion and green chillies into very thin pieces
  3. Mix this with dosa batter
  4. Add coconut into the batter (if using)
  5. Heat tawa; brush with oil; pour one ladle of batter and spread it around evenly
  6. Flip the dosa to the other side after 1 min
  7. Serve hot dosa with chutney or mulagu podi
