Procedure
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Onion - 1 medium
- Green chilli - 1
- Grated coconut (optional) - 1/4 cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt - 1 tsp (to taste)
Procedure
- Mix wheat, salt and water into a smooth batter
- Cut onion and green chillies into very thin pieces
- Mix this with dosa batter
- Add coconut into the batter (if using)
- Heat tawa; brush with oil; pour one ladle of batter and spread it around evenly
- Flip the dosa to the other side after 1 min
- Serve hot dosa with chutney or mulagu podi
