Ingredients
- Dosa batter - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 medium size
- Green chilli - 1
- Salt - 1 tsp
Procedure
- Slice onion and green chilli into very small pieces
- Add salt to this mixture
- Heat tawa; brush with oil; pour one ladle of batter and spread it around evenly
- Put 1 tbsp of sliced onion, chilli mixture over the batter. Adding more onion gives a very nice aroma.
- Slightly press the onion on top of the dosa to make sure it will not fall off the dosa when it is flipped.
- Flip the dosa to the other side after 1 min
- Serve hot dosa with chutney and sambhar.
