Ingredients
- Drum stick - 1
- Raw mango - 1
- Cucumber - 10 pieces
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Jeera - 0.5 tbsp
- Fenugreek powder - 0.5 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Curd - half litre
- Mustard - 0.5 tbsp
- Shallot - 5
- Red chilli - 1
- Curry leaves - 1 twig
Procedure
- Cut drum stick, mango and cucumber into medium sized pieces
- Boil drum stick, mango and cucumber pieces along with salt till it is cooked
- Grind coconut, red chilli powder, jeera, fenugreek powder into a smooth paste
- Add this to the boiled vegetables and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add curd to this. Add salt if required at this stage.
- Temper with mustard, red chillis, shallot and curry leaves
