Ingredients
- Ladies finger- 10
- Curd - 2 cup
- Green chillies - 3
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli - 1
- Curry leaves - 1 twig
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt
Procedure
- Cut ladies finger and green chillies into very small round pieces
- Fry the cut ladies finger, green chillies and salt using oil. Water should not be added
- When it has cooled down, add curd and salt.
- Temper with mustard, red chilli and curry leaves
- Yummy kichadi is ready to be served with rice.
