Ingredients


- Grated coconut - 1.5 cup
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Shallots - 5
- Tamarind - 1/2 size of lemon
- Salt
- Curry leaves - 1 twig
Procedure
- Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste with one tbsp of water.
- Adjust the salt if required
- This chammanthi is not liquid.
- It can be had with dosa, rice, kanji.
