Ingredients
- Ayala - 500gms
- Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Shallot - 5
- Salt
- Oil - 3 tbsp
Procedure
- Clean and cut ayala fish into small pieces
- Make few gashes on the fish
- Mix red chilli, coriander, pepper, turmeric powders and salt with very little water ( 1tbsp)
- Crush shallots into this mix.
- Apply this mix over the fish and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- In a pan, heat oil
- Add the fish one by one. When one side is fried, flip to the other side and fry again.
- Add more oil if required.
- Serve the yummy ayala fry and cut onion with rice.
