Ingredients
Procedure
- Aval - 1 cup
- Water - 1/3 - 1/5 cup
- Grated coconut - 0.25 cup
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
Procedure
- Take aval in a pan
- Add water little by little on the aval and keep mixing well till it is completely soaked.
- Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Aval absorbs the water and becomes soft.
- Add grated coconut and sugar and mix well.
- Keep aside for another 10 minutes for the sugar to blend in.
- Yummy aval nanchathu is ready to be served as an evening snack.
