Procedure
- Aval / Poha / Rice flakes - 1 cup
- Grated coconut - 0.25 cup
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
Procedure
- Heat a pan.
- Drop the aval into the pan when it is hot
- Dry fry the aval.
- Add coconut and fry for few more minutes
- Add sugar to this
- Add ghee and fry till it melts and spreads into the aval.
- Yummy aval fry is ready to be served.
