Aval / Poha fry

Ingredients 

  1. Aval / Poha / Rice flakes - 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut - 0.25 cup
  3. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Ghee - 1 tbsp

Procedure

  1. Heat a pan.
  2. Drop the aval into the pan when it is hot
  3. Dry fry the aval.
  4. Add coconut and fry for few more minutes
  5. Add sugar to this 
  6. Add ghee and fry till it melts and spreads into the aval.
  7. Yummy aval fry is ready to be served.
