- Tomato - 4
- Red chilli - 4
- Onion - 1 medium
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - a fist full
- Salt
Procedure
- Slice tomato and onion thinly length wise
- Heat tawa and add oil
- Add the cut tomato, onion, garlic, red chillis along with coriander into the tawa
- Saute till the tomato becomes soft. It should be cooked well. Otherwise, you will feel the raw taste of the tomato.
- Once the mixture is cool, grind the mixture
- Serve with idli / dosa
